GJZA15滾動花鍵、GJZA25滾動花鍵、GJZA32滾動花鍵、GJZA40滾動花鍵、GJZA50滾動花鍵、GJZA60滾動花鍵、GJZA70滾動花鍵、GJZA85滾動花鍵、GJZA100滾動花鍵、GJZA120滾動花鍵、GJZA150滾動花鍵、GJZA15滾珠花鍵、GJZA25滾珠花鍵、GJZA32滾珠花鍵、GJZA40滾珠花鍵、GJZA50滾珠花鍵、GJZA60滾珠花鍵、GJZA70滾珠花鍵、GJZA85滾珠花鍵、GJZA100滾珠花鍵、GJZA120滾珠花鍵、GJZA150滾珠花鍵、是一種直線運(yùn)動系統(tǒng),當(dāng)花鍵套利用其中的鋼球在經(jīng)過精密磨削的花鍵軸上直線運(yùn)動時,可以傳遞扭矩。花鍵副具有較緊湊的結(jié)構(gòu),能夠傳遞超額的載荷及動力,并具有較長的壽命。目前我廠生產(chǎn)的花鍵副可分為三大類:即凸緣式花鍵副、凹槽式花鍵副和端蓋式花鍵副三種。通常情況下,凸緣式花鍵副所承受的徑向載荷及傳遞的扭矩都較其它兩種要大些。端蓋式滾動副返向結(jié)構(gòu)為封閉光滑的滾道,返向性能較前兩種更好,運(yùn)動更為靈活順暢,花鍵套可在較大的速度范圍(速度更低或者更高)中在花鍵軸上直線運(yùn)動而保持優(yōu)良的性能。滾道槽經(jīng)精密磨削加工成近似成滾珠直徑的R形。當(dāng)扭矩由花鍵軸施加到花鍵套上或由花鍵套施加到花鍵軸上時,因為花鍵副間隙為過盈配合,滾珠便平穩(wěn)、均勻地傳遞扭矩?;ㄦI套與花鍵軸進(jìn)行相對直線運(yùn)動時,滾珠在滾道與回流槽之間往復(fù)循環(huán)?;ㄦI軸承采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼中頻淬硬HRC58,花鍵套采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼滲碳淬硬或合金鋼整體淬硬HRC58,因此具有較高的壽命和強(qiáng)度。滾動花鍵副可以將旋轉(zhuǎn)方向的間隙控制至零間隙或過盈,可進(jìn)行高速運(yùn)動、高速旋轉(zhuǎn),結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,組裝簡單。(即使將花鍵軸抽出來,滾珠也不會脫落,端蓋式除外)。
